1. Orders & Pricing

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Prices are quoted based on current market rates and may change without prior notice.

  • Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified without our consent.

2. Payments

  • Payments must be made via approved modes (cash, bank transfer, UPI, etc.).

  • Goods will only be dispatched after payment confirmation unless credit terms are pre-approved.

  • Any delayed payment may attract interest or penalty as per the agreed terms.

3. Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order.

  • We ensure safe and timely delivery; however, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party transporters or unforeseen events.

  • Pickup of material from our warehouse must be done within the communicated time to avoid storage charges.

4. Quality & Inspection

  • Goods should be inspected at the time of delivery or pickup.

  • Any issues related to quantity or visible damage must be reported immediately.

  • We are not responsible for issues raised after 24 hours of delivery.

5. Legal Compliance

  • All transactions are subject to the Indore jurisdiction.

  • Any disputes will be settled under the applicable laws of Madhya Pradesh, India.
