Return / Refund Policy

Moira Saria / Golden Fortune Indore stands by the quality of its products. However, due to the nature of the industry (steel/hardware/material supply), please note the following policy:

1. No Return Policy (Standard)

  • Once material is cut, customized, or dispatched, returns are not accepted.

  • Returns are only accepted in special cases, such as:

    • Wrong material delivered

    • Damaged goods (reported immediately)

    • Quality issue reported within 24 hours

2. Return Conditions

  • Material must be unused, uncut, and in original condition.

  • Return must be requested within 24 hours of delivery/pickup.

  • Customer must provide invoice and proof of issue (e.g., photo/video).

3. Refunds

  • If a return is approved, refund will be processed within 7 working days via the original mode of payment.

  • In case of replacement, the new material will be dispatched as per availability.
